Ready to try your hand at fixing some crock pot pork roast?

Yes, I thought so.

Today's, pot roast recipe is easy as pie to prepare.  All you'll really need is a slow cooker and basic ingredients that you probably already have on-hand, minus the pork tenderloin.

Unlike most crock pot recipes for pot roast, I recommend browning the pork tenderloin on the stove top before placing it in the crock pot.

As a result, you'll introduce additional flavor into the recipe that will really make a big difference, improving texture and taste.

Best part of all is that you can set this recipe up before hand and with proper timing you can have the recipe complete and ready to eat whenever you want.

I've often set the recipe before leaving home and setting my timer to complete cooking just before I return home.  This way I can enjoy a delicious meal after work without having to lift a finger to prepare dinner.
