Teriyaki Wings Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • Dash of dry mustard
  • 20-30 chicken drumettes

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Prepare your teriyaki marinade by combining lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, garlic, pepper, celery seed and mustard. Mix well and set marinade aside.
  2. Place chicken drumettes in baking dish and cover generously with marinade. Cover baking dish and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours before cooking. Drain marinade and discard. Place drumettes in a single layer on a greased broiler tray.
  3. Broil chicken for about 10 minutes on each side on oven rack about 7 inches from heating element.
