Fresh Fruit Salad
Don't Let Your Fresh Fruit Spoil and Go To Waste
If you don't like to let food go to waste, this fresh fruit salad
recipe is for you. How many times have you thrown out nearly spoiled or
rotten fruit? If you're like me and most people, then you could probably
answer many, many times.
What happened to the days of the past when we were encouraged by our grandparents to make the most of our foods? Back then it didn't mean much to me because I was not paying for the food. But now I totally understand the lesson they were trying to teach me.
High prices and the non-availability of fresh fruits opened my eyes to the fact that I should make better use of what I have on hand. As an adult looking to stretch my money as far as possible, I decided to take my grandparents advice. I no longer waste foods.
Here is a recipe that you can use to make the most of your fresh
fruit before it begins to spoil or rotten. Just use what you have on
hand to prepare some
refreshingly delicious fresh fruit salad.
