This fried oysters recipe is a quick and easy family favorite. All you really need is a pint of shucked oysters and cracker bread crumbs or meal in order to cook-up a quick and delicious helping of oysters fried to perfection. My personally preference for oysters is eating them raw straight off the half shell.
