Coupons REALLY help, and I've heard women often say that they don't have the time or patience to clip coupons.
Another thing I do is look at the grocery store circulars to see what's on sale for the week. Sometimes you have to go to more than one store to get the best sales. I'll go to 3 sometimes 4 stores because they all have very good sales and you can't beat it, especially if you have coupons, but it depends on the individual and the kind of time and patience to do so.
A lot of people don't know how to shop, they just go in the store and grab what they're looking for, and come out with one bag, and will have paid almost $100.
I consider myself to be a 'coupon queen', and I love when my receipts show that I saved money!
And it also depends on how many people are in your house, because you don't want to buy too much of the perishable items and end up wasting money.
