Quick and Easy Cheesy Macaroni Recipe

Cheesy MacaroniCheesy Macaroni

This cheesy macaroni recipe is a welcomed addition to your traditional baked macaroni recipe.  The cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses along with oregano, basil and spiced diced tomatoes combine together for a delectable taste.  With the addition of the spicy diced tomatoes, this is not your regular average everyday macaroni.

The first time I prepared this my son watched in wonder as I added in the spiced tomatoes.   He had watched me prepared macaroni on several occasions but never did I add tomatoes.  So obviously he was anxious to try out the new dish.  I baked the dish and allowed it to cool and after taking a few bites he stated that the dish was delicious.

That said this is one of those dishes I prepare on a regular basis during the school year when my son asks to to eat macaroni.
