Working Out is Better
Whenever I attempt to diet I lose about 10 lbs then I get distracted and I stop. I have tried a lowfat diet and that one really worked well and very quickly. I only ate lowfat or no fat foods.
Although I have seen success with dieting I have found you can get even better results with diet and exercise. If you hav not combined the two, with confidence I can say your missing out on a well kept secret.
The companies who promote and push diet products would have you believe that the magic pill or changing the way you eat is the only answer. However, this is absolutely not true.
If you want the best results and if you want ever lasting results you must exercise along with dieting. Just some food for thought and what has worked extremely well for me.
