Turkey Salad

If you have leftover turkey from the holiday's try this turkey salad recipe in order to make good use of your leftover meat.

2 to 3 pounds leftover turkey, carved into small pieces
6 celery sticks, finely chopped
2 sprigs of parsley
Mayonnaise to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together turkey, celery, and parsley in a medium bowl. Then add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly.

Spread turkey salad over your favorite sandwich bread and top with lettuce and tomatoes if you like.

This is a wonderful opinion. The things mentioned are unanimous and needs to be appreciated by everyone. I appreciate the concern which is been rose. The things need to be sorted out because it is about the individual but it can be with everyone.
