Tuna and Pea Salad
This is a great tuna and pea salad for summer. Everyone that has eaten it loves it.
Small can of Leseur peas reserving juice
1 can of Tuna in water drained and washed.
bell pepper, chopped
boiled egg, chopped
onion or green onion, chopped
Place shredded lettuce in plate the amount you want. Then add Tuna, chopped onion, bell pepper and one egg chopped on the lettuce.
Then add about 1/4th cup of peas drained on top and any other veg you like. Then take the mayo and English pea juice and mix together the consistency you like for dressing. Pour over salad and eat with saltines.
