Sweet Potato Casserole1 lg can yams, drained3/4 cup sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1/2 cup milk1/2 teaspoon salt1. Mash yams. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish.Casserole Topping:1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup flour1 cup chopped pecans1/2 stick margarine, melted1. Combine and mix together all ingredients. Sprinkle mixture on top of casserole. 2. Bake at 375 degrees F, for 30-40 minutes, until top browns.
