Southern Style Dirty Girl Rice
Ingredients:
Two boxes of Zatarain's Caribbean Rice Mix
Two jalapeno peppers
Small can of crushed pineapple
1 tube of Jimmy Dean hot sausage
Chicken stock
Directions:
1. Brown sausage, drain pineapple, seed peppers if you want less heat.
2. Prepare rice according to box except use stock where it calls for water.
3. Cook everything in a pot and enjoy!!!
