Outstanding Pound Cake! I substituted the Sour Cream with 8 oz. of Mascarpone Cheese (which I had in fridge) and baked it in a sprayed, straight sided bundt pan for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The outside is a bit crunchy and it is a perfect pound cake consistency. Delicious and simple!

This sounds yummy..I love pound cake..this recipe also works great with cream cheese in place of the sour cream.
