One Saturday I was in the mood for a hearty soup and since I don't like canned soup I decided to make my own using what I had in the house. It was so good that my family ate the entire crockpot of soup that day.

Ingredients:

Italian Sausage (Hot)
Beef Kielbasi
Chicken Cubed
1 Green and Red Peppers Diced
1 Onion Chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 can diced tomatoes
2 Bay leaves
2 Stalks of celery
1 large can chicken broth
1 small can beef broth
1 bag frozen corn, pinto beans, green beans, carrots
salt, pepper

Cook your italian sausage and chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Cut your beef kielbasi into bite size pieces. Saute your peppers, onions, garlic and celery. Put all this into the crock pot. Put your can of diced tomatoes (I used garlic and basil); chicken broth and beef broth; and frozen vegetables into the crock pot. Add 2 bay leaves. Season with salt, pepper as needed. Cook for 4 hours in the crock pot. Serve over rice with cornbread. This recipe is Good!!!!!
