Long Term Weight Loss

I have tried numerous times to lose weight , and have had success in getting the weight off....but only for a short length of time. I've tried low calorie, high fiber, meat diets, and have had success with all the diets I've tried, losing up to 10 pounds, only to have all the weight come back and then some. How do I make weight loss long term?

This is what worked for me. Go to the health store and get some unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar. Put 1 tablespoon in 8 oz. of distilled water and drink, (always shake the bottle before pouring it out...you will see it is cloudy which is actually little tiny bits of the apple sediments. This is the beneficial part that is filtered out to make it more visually appealing in brands in regular supermarkets). Do this three times a day, either before eating or with meals. If too sour for your taste, add a little honey (and ONLY honey) or put in tomato juice or fruit juice, such as apple or grape. The ACV will disolve the fat in your system. You won't even have to change your eating habits, as long as you're not overdoing it with fattening foods. A little increased exercise such as walking will hasten the effects.
