As promised here is the simple by extremely effecting recipe for the 10 day lemonade cleanse diet, also known as the Master Cleanse Diet and Lemonade Diet.

  •   2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
  •   2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
  •   1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  •   10 oz of filtered water

I've tried this lemonade drink a few times.  All I can say is that the taste is very unique, but it really doesn't taste that bad considering this is a diet drink.  

Some people who have tried the drink said it took them some time to get use to.  Mainly because they were not used to consuming a drink that was both sweet (maple syrup), sour (lemon) and spicy (cayenne pepper).
