I have Tried Just About Every Diet
I've tried just about every diet you can thing of.
Well, what have tried, Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss, Gyms by the dozen, home gyms, PHEN PHEN, you name it.
So let's see what can be done here.
I know what to do and how to do it, I just don't do it. There are day's I say okay this is it. Then I binge.
Does anyone else feel this way about dieting?
I just need the motivation two start and keep it going until I get the results I desire. Maybe I should find me an accountability partner who can help me get through this.
