I was born and raised in Tennessee. I love southern cooking, comfort food, and soul food. I now live in the state of Iowa and I have found out that they dont know squat about good food or cooking for that matter. I cant find any places that offer up good old fashioned cooked chitterlings. I love the site and recipes you offer. Keep up the great work ya'll.
