How do I get the chicken to brown and crisp on the outside and be juicy inside without burning?----------------------------Use smaller pieces of chicken. Thighs, wings and drumsticks work best. Also, to prevent the chicken from burning on the outside and being raw in the middle, try this. Once the chicken starts to brown, turn the heat down considerably and allow the chicken to continue to cook for 20-30 minutes. During the last few minutes of cooking you can turn up the heat again, for more browning and crisper chicken.Always be careful cooking with HOT grease!
