Depending on how hot you want your wings3lb bag of wings4 bottle of texas peak hot sauce3 stick of butter1. Fry the wings until light brown and/or done.2. Place wings into the pot of hot sauce until the tasting on how hot you want them take the wings out and set them on a tray until soaking is complete3. Serve the best Hot wings in town.
