My niece and I had decided to sell & deliver BBQ Chicken dinners from our home, and I needed a "potato salad" recipe. I don't think I've ever made potato salad from scratch and I was definitely about to start making it "all wrong!"
For some reason I thought I had to peel the potatoes before boiling them...ha...ha...ha. Boy was I happy after discovering you don't peel them til after you boil em'...honestly, I wasn't lookin forward to that part--the peeling; and just to be sure, I looked at a few other "potato salad" recipes; they all say boil first, then peel! I think I can make it from here!
