I have always been thin, even as a kid. However, with depression and the birth of my children I am heavier now then I have ever been. I haven't really tried to seriously diet. But now I am ready for a change. My problem is I love to eat good food. I am not big on eating veggies and drinking water. But now I realize I must change by eating lifestyle if I want to stay healthy.
So, here I am! I'm ready to make a change for good!!!
Going forward I'm going to give it an honest effort by eating more veggies and drinking plenty of water. I'm also open to any advice you may have that will help me with a lifestyle change.
