I'm feed up and I just want to get healthy.
I'll be 52 soon, I'm a single mom with 65 extra pounds. I'd love to lose them and feel more alive.
Most of the time I feel tired with low energy. Sad to say I find comfort in food and I know I should drink more water but I can bring myself to.
I'm ready to try something new. As such, I would love a workable plan that is satisfying to do and incorporates exercise that is fun and that I could do at home.
Help!!! Oh, and I'm hypertensive taking medication daily.
