Fried Egg Biscuits

Mama's Fried Egg Biscuits

Start out with left over homemade biscuits (You can use ones from restaurants or the frozen kind just be sure they're cooked)

Beat up two eggs (salt and peppered if desired)
Slice biscuits in half and dip into beaten eggs, flip biscuits over until coated good with egg mixture, then fry until golden brown and place on paper towel.

I like to eat them hot with jelly on top or if there is good tomato during the summer, I slice that and put on top.

This is a good way to use your left over biscuits and they are so yummy and filling.
