I have never committed to a diet long enough to say whether it works or not. I takes will & determination, that I tend to lack.
I believe it depends on the diet & whether it would fit your life style in being able to continue long term with it. Also you need to be ready to make this a life style change.
I am ready for a life style change, but have a hard time to find a diet & exercise that fits my busy life & the need for limited amount of time for preparation when making meals & the extended amount of time needed for fitness.
If it could be broken down in increments, it would be perfect.
