Cranberry Relish

Cranberry Relish to Remember

2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) cleaned cranberries
1 unpeeled orange, seeded, cut into 8 pieces
3 tablespoons sugar
pinch salt
2-3 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur

1. Chop cranberries and orange pieces in food processor.

2. Transfer fruit into a bowl; stir in sugar, salt, liqueur.

I love cranberry relish with poultry all year.

Recipe makes 2-1/2 cups of cranberry relish.
