Corn Pudding

This corn pudding recipe is just a little something extra on your plate.

It's 2 cans cream corn, 2 cans whole kernel corn drained, 1 container vanilla yogurt, 1 egg, sugar to taste, I can't believe it's not butter to your liking, and 1 small box jiffy corn bread mix.

Mix ingredients together slowly and pour in large baking pan. Cook 40 min at 300 degrees. Cool before eating and serve.

This corn pudding recipe is one I learned over the years that was passed down to me. My family loves it.

Hello sorry I wasn't clear on how much ingredients to use, for the yogurt you use 1 regular feeding size the small ones from your super market, and for the butter if your making a large quantity you use a stick of butter or if your making a small dish you use a 1/2 stick of butter.

Corn Pudding Question
by: Ted

Iris,

You recipe for corn pudding sounds very appealing and I very much like to give it a try.

Look over the ingredients list, I was wondering how many ounces of yogurt to use, as well as, how much butter. Can you make a suggestion based on your experience fixing this dish?

Thanks, Ted
