Best BBQ Sauce

Try this; It's Great!

And if you fix your ribs in the oven, add some Wrights's Liquid Smoke.

BBQ Sauce
2 C White Vinegar 3 C Ketchup
4 C Water 1 C Dark Brown Sugar
1 t Whole Cloves 1/2 C Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste 1 C Honey
1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
1 3# Chicken Juice of One Lemon
or 1 ea Small Onion, Minced
4 # Pork Ribs 2 T Tabasco Sauce
3 t Chili Powder
1/4 C Cloves Garlic, Minced 1 t Celery Seed
3 Ea Oil
1/4 t Ground Cloves
Combine vinegar, water, and whole cloves. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken or ribs and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Heat oil in large pan and saute garlic until golden. Add remaining ingredients and a dash of salt; bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook over medium-low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and cool.
Remove chicken or ribs and discard marinade. Place chicken or ribs in large roasting pan and season with salt and pepper and bake 15 minutes in preheated 375-degree oven. Then start basting and brushing with barbecue sauce every 15 minutes, and cook 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Serve hot or at room temperature with remaining sauce on the side.
