Being raised in a frugal family we always had old stale bread and over-ripe bananas laying around and I decided to figure out a quick and tasty way to keep them from going to waste!

This banana bread pudding is a easy and delicious dish to serve to guests and is great for dessert with some vanilla ice-cream on top as well!

INGREDIENTS:
2 baguettes sliced lengthwise, cut to 6" pieces
(or 1/2 loaf of bread)
2 tbsp honey or syrup
2 bananas sliced lengthwise
2 cups vanilla yogurt
2 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:
Lay bread (crust-side down) in a 9x13" pan.
Place sliced bananas on top.
Pour honey or syrup on top of bread.
Whisk eggs and yogurt. Pour over bread.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until set.

ENJOY!
