Apple Cobbler

This is a recipe for Apple Cobbler. For this delicious dessert recipe, use equal ratios of flour, milk and sugar.

2 cups - Flour
2 cups - Sugar
2 cups - Milk
1/2 cup - Butter
2 tsp - Baking Powder
2 cups - Granny Smith Apples (cut into pieces)
1 tsp - Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp - Cornstarch

Melt the butter and coat the bottom of the baking dish and leave aside. Whisk together flour, sugar, milk and baking powder in a separate bowl and make sure no lumps are formed. Pour the mixture into the buttered baking dish. Coat the apples with cinnamon and cornstarch and add the apples into the baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until it is set.
