Al's Pecan Pie - An Easy Great Pecan Pie Recipe
Preparation Time: 10 minutes or less
3 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar(sifted)
1 Cup Karo syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 stick Butter (melted)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup chopped Pecans
1 9" unbaked pie crust
Beat eggs with blender, add other ingredients until a bit foamy. Add pecans, stir, empty into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until middle doesn't wiggle.
Cooking Tips:: I always sift my dry ingredients. Add more pecans if you wish or less. Use real butter.
