For the last six months I have been on a diet, this time it is working. Little to no fried foods, no sweets unless it is fruit, no soft drinks -- not even diet. Exercise at least one hour or more a day, I have loss 64lbs. and five dress sizes. I am 51 ex smoker after doing so for 38 years, if I can do it anyone can. I am still working on losing 30 more lbs.
I figure life would be much better now if I had learned these simple lessons many years ago. Give what i'm doing a try to see if you get the same results. You'll never know if my results are possible for you if you never try.
