Husband has said to stay out of his clothes. I had lost weight. Had gotten down to a size sixteen 2 years ago and picked it all back up. Now at size twenty-four and uncomfortable with myself and my life. No drive, no energy. Help is needed. Gym membership but no desire to do what I know I need to do.

50 Year Old Mother of 3 - Just do it
by: Steph

50 year old mother of 3 got back in shape after 20 years of being morbidly obese and I've been maintaining a healthy weight for a year now.

Forget drive, energy, motivation. You do things every day because you have to. You work. You raise the kids. You pay the bills. You take care of business even though some days you don't feel like it.

When you start treating your weight and your health as being just as important as all the other things you have to do, whether you want to or not, then you'll get it done.

You know what you have to do. Eat lots of vegetables. Get the sugar and the starch out of your diet. Get off your butt and get some exercise. Just do it.
