Oxtail Soup

This oxtail soup recipe is good eating.

If you're ready to eat, just head over to your local grocery store and buy some fresh oxtails and then cook up the delicious soup recipe that follows below.

What I like most about this oxtail recipe is the fact that you can use fresh or frozen ingredients. My preference is always to use the freshest of ingredients but when fresh food items are out of season I never hesitate to go with a frozen alternative.
