Quick and Easy Berry Smoothie Recipes

Here are my most popular berry smoothie recipes for your enjoyment!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

8 fresh strawberries, hull removed
1/2 banana, cut into slices
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
3 ice cubes
1 cup orange juice

In the follow order: strawberries, banana, dry milk, ice cubes and orange juice, combine ingredients in a cleaned blender. Cover and turn on blender, blending well until desired smoothie consistency is reached. Pour strawberry banana smoothie mix into a glass and enjoy this refreshing drink.

Nutritional Facts Per 16 Ounce Serving:

Calories - 209
Carbs - 45 grams
Fat - 2 grams
Protein - 7 grams

Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
8 ounces low fat plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

To freeze bananas, peel and slice them, then place sliced bananas into your freezer until frozen.

In the following order: raspberries, bananas, yogurt and pineapple juce, place all ingredients in a clean blender. Cover blender with a lid, turn on power to mix well until smoothie consistency. Pour your refreshing raspberry smoothie into a glass and enjoy.

Nutritional Facts Per 16 Ounce Serving:

Calories - 415
Carbs - 72 grams
Fat - 5 grams
Protein - 2 grams

Blackberry Smoothie Recipe

1-1/2 cups frozen blackberries
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup apple juice

In the following order: blackberries, banana, yogurt and apple juice, place ingredients in a well cleaned blender. Put on blender cover, turn on power and blend well until smoothie consistency is reached.

Pour blackberry smoothie mix into a glass and enjoy! You gotta love these berry smoothie recipes.

Calories - 350
Carbs - 40 grams
Fat - 3 grams
Protein - 2 grams

Blueberry Smoothie

1 pint fresh blueberries
1 cup pineapple
8 ounces lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoon granulated sugar

In the following order: blueberries, pineapple juice, yogurt and sugar, combine ingredients in a clean blender. Cover your blender with lid, turn on power, then blend well until a smoothie consistency is achieved. Pour your blueberry smoothie mix into a container and enjoy the drink.

The one pint of fresh blueberries can be subsituted with about 12 ounces of slightly thawed frozen blueberries. You can also subsitiute pineapple juice with orange juice.

Calories 175
Carbs 35 grams
Fat 2 grams
Protein 6 grams
