  2. Adjust crock pot setting so that your pulled pork cooks for 8 to 10 hours. Cook pork for desired time, at the right temperature until the meat falls apart.
  3. Once pork is tender and falling apart, drain liquid from the crock pot, then add your favorite barbecue sauce and cook for an additional hour.
