Avocado-Smoothie Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 teaspoons condensed milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Peel avocado and scoop meat of of the skin, placing into a cleaned blender. Next add condensed milk, the ice. Cover blender with lid, turn on powerand blend well until mixture reaches a creamy smoothie consistency.
  2. The 2 teaspoons of condensed milk is only a suggestion and if you prefer a sweeter tasting smoothie just add more of this ingredient.
