How do I cook oxtails and Lima beans with rice? Do I cook them all separate, then combine them or what?

Lucus, if you're going to have oxtails, Lima beans and rice, I'd like to come over for dinner. You where right in thinking that you should cook your oxtails, Lima beans and rice separately.

All you have to do is season up your oxtails and boil them for three to four hours over medium heat until the are tender.

Do the same for your Lima Beans. In a separate pot boil the Lima beans over medium heat for 3 to 4 hours until the are tender.

Round about the time your oxtails and Lima beans are finishing up cook you a pot of rice and once everything is done just sit down at your table and enjoy.
