Seasoning Pig Feet

Here are the seasoning you should use when cooking your pig feet. Garlic powder, seasoning salt, pepper, bay leaf, fresh Jalapeno and or crushed red pepper.

Baked Pig Feet

If your grocer carries them buy the split pig feet... Wash thoroughly and take a basic shaving razor and shave off any hairs left around the toe areas.

Boil in plain water until the scum rises to the top of the pot. Continue this process until the water is clean. Season your pig feet with salt, pepper, garlic, 2 whole onions, jalapeno pepper, a whole apple. Boil until just tender and remove from pot and place in baking dish and cover. Bake until tender.

Variations: If you like spice add the peppers in the baking process. If you like BBQ sauce add a little when they are just done.
