A very good and tasty way to prepare the feet is to put them into a large pot with pinto beans, onion, and diced tomatoesl. Cook for three hours on low heat.

6-8 pig feet
2 Cups Pinto beans
2 Onions sliced
1 Med. Can diced tomatoes

Here's are a few tips I use when cooking pig feet. I add some chicken bouillon for a wonderful flavor also bell pepper, onion, seasoned salt ,crushed red pepper and lots of fresh garlic.

If you want a little taste variation, trying cooking the feet with ears and a couple pieces of hog maw, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
