Lemon Pepper Baked Chicken

Yes, it is okay to use lemon pepper as seasoning for your chicken. How much lemon pepper? Lightly sprinkled will do.

A lot of variables can explain why your chicken dried out while baking -- too many for me to guess what went wrong.

Here are some tips you can use to lessen the likelihood that your chicken will NOT dry out.

- Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit.

- Bake chicken in a dish covered with aluminum foil.

It really doesn't take long to bake chicken, bake the chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. I usually bake my chicken at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes. For proper measuring use a instant digital meat thermometer.

Another tip is to brown your chicken before placing it into the oven. By doing this you will shorten your baking time, plus the meat looks more appealing.
