I've Never Dieted Before

I have never attempted to participate in any dieting programs or processes. My career offered opportunities to travel extensively. This traveling perked my interest in foods from around the world. I acknowledge that I have a weight gain issue which is in need of addressing and monitoring. And, I am interested in improving my eating habits so that I can maintain overall well-being.
