Food Lifestyle Change

Do diets work?

No. I am overweight now and it's all because I did not remain on a food lifestyle change. I was once a member of Weight Watchers and it worked, I lost weight then I stopped attending the member's classes.

I have since picked the weight back up. I want to lose this weight and I realize that I have to change the way I cook my food, the time I eat and how much I eat.

I also need to include some exercises. I would like to know some simple exercises, other then walking, that I could do in the privacy of my home.

I know that I need a food lifestyle change, not a diet. Losing weight is all a matter of making up one's mind to do it, making a plan and sticking to it. In order to make the right choices I would like further education on what my choices are.

I look forward to learning through your program and implementing the suggestions I receive from it.

Thanks.
