How do I "actually" cook the Giblets for my Giblet gravy?

Hi Ed,
Thanks for asking the question of how to cook giblets for giblet gravy. All you have to do is boil the giblets until tender. Here's how....
In a pot of water, cover the giblets and bring the water to a rolling boil. Next cover pot with lid, reduce heat to low and slow cook the giblets for about 1 hour until tender.
