With this recipe you'll prepare homemade teriyaki sauce and then marinade your chicken wings in the sauce overnight. By doing this one-simple-step you will be pleasingly surprised at the results.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoon chili sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Dash of dry mustard
20-30 chicken drumettes

Cooking Directions

Step 1 - Prepare your teriyaki marinade by combining lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, garlic, pepper, celery seed and mustard. Mix well and set marinade aside.

Step 2 - Place chicken drumettes in baking dish and cover generously with marinade. Cover baking dish and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours before cooking. Drain marinade and discard. Place drumettes in a single layer on a greased broiler tray.

Step 3 - Broil chicken for about 10 minutes on each side on oven rack about 7 inches from heating element.
