Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole

1 lg can yams, drained
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Mash yams. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish.

Casserole Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 stick margarine, melted

1. Combine and mix together all ingredients. Sprinkle mixture on top of casserole.

2. Bake at 375 degrees F, for 30-40 minutes, until top browns.
