Southern Fried Pork Chops

I was looking for a recipe for Southern Fried Pork Chops of a holiday guest and was coming up short at other sites. Its clear that some folks that claim to know southern cooking really don't. Your recipe was what the doctor ordered. Haven't used it yet but it looks like what my mother cooked. I'll definitely be back.
