Isreal, I'm in the process of developing a soul food cook book just like you described, including step-by-step instructions, illustrations and definitions for all cooking terms and soul food terminology. The process is very slow documenting everything that I want to put in the cook book. I'll keep you in mind when I do release the book and maybe hook you up with a FREE ecook book copy.
