I love looking for recipes on line especially Soul food. I visit this site often. Even though my background in the Culinary field was more up-scale cooking, I love Southern food I am a great Chef, everyone comes to my house every Christmas last year was the largest gathering yet!!! over 52 people!! and that was just Family!! So I'm always looking for different things to cook. I will upload some of my work.
