Pork Spare Ribs

My family has been wanting these for like forever. So I need to know how to start cooking a slab of pork spare ribs, inside, like in the oven and then put them onto the gas grill to Bar-B-q. I need to know how to do this, the temperature and for how long to cook. Someone please please help me.

Oven B-B-Q ribs

Take ribs, season ribs then put them in a poster pan. Pour two (2) cups vinegar over the ribs and close pan tightly with aluminum. Bake ribs in a preheated oven (350 degree Fahrenheit) for 1 hour 20 minutes. Take ribs out of oven an turn them over and bake for another 20 minutes. Brush sauce on ribs then put them back in the oven on the top oven rack turn on the broiler and brown until desired color is reached.
