Peanut Butter Ice Cream

My son LOVES ice cream cake. He also LOVES peanut butter pie. This year we decided to combine the two for his birthday cake. At first we were going to use peanut butter ice cream sandwiches, but couldn't find any at the grocery so I created my own peanut butter ice cream recipe. It was sooooooo good!!!

Peanut Butter ice cream

1 box vanilla ice cream
I container cool whip
1/2 c conf. sugar
1/2 jar PB

Place PB in bowl and microwave until melted (1 min?). Stir in other ingredients, cover and put in freezer. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Can layer with crushed oreos for PB ice cream cake.
